Job summary

Summa Health's Behavioral Health Institute is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Psychologist to deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, team-driven environment in Akron, Ohio.

You will work within a 60+ clinician multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to shape your practice, collaborate across medical and behavioral health settings, and access cutting-edge facilities including the Juve Family Behavioral Health Pavilion and Summa Rehab Hospital.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology completed.
• APA-accredited internship completed or in process.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility to practice in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy.
• Optional involvement in psychological and neuropsychological testing.
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage in non-clinical activities as needed (meetings, scheduling, emails).
