Capital Group in Los Angeles seeks an Order Management Analyst to ensure accurate and timely implementation of equity orders across mutual funds and institutional accounts. You will work with the investment group, trading, legal and other operations teams to uphold guidelines and resolve issues.

You will identify opportunities to re-engineer and automate processes, enhance controls, and support PM/analyst transitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in investment management or related field.
• Experience in operational, transactional, risk, compliance, or control-oriented environments.
• Experience with order management systems like CRD is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement equity investment orders across a variety of vehicles (mutual funds, institutional accounts).
• Manage operational risk by enforcing key controls and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with investment group, trading, legal and other operations teams.
• Support investment calls and transitions between PMs/analysts.
• Identify opportunities and partner to re-engineer and automate processes for efficiency.
