Job summary

nVent is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect in Anoka, MN, to own the end-to-end Fusion design for the EQP and DS businesses in North America. You will lead architecture across the program lifecycle and align with business process owners to deliver a scalable, integrated solution.

Candidates should have 10+ years ERP experience, 5+ years Fusion Cloud implementations, and a proven track record as a Lead Solution Architect.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
10+ years ERP experience and 5+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
Experience as Lead Solution Architect on ERP programs.
Experience delivering two Fusion Cloud deployments and large ERP transformation.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Oracle Fusion solution architecture across EQP and DS programs.
Lead architecture across the program lifecycle from discovery to stabilization.
Define target-state architecture across processes, integrations, data, security, and analytics.
Partner with process owners to standardize end-to-end processes and improve controls.
Facilitate architecture workshops with senior stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
Provide leadership to implementation teams and coaching to architects.
Travel up to 35% within North America.
