Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry (OD) in practicing state.
• Open to additional licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology, onsite and hybrid platform.
• Diagnose ocular conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventative eye care and importance of annual exams, sun protection, and proper lens care.
• Maintain licensure and malpractice insurance as required.
