Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; eligibility for access to classified information.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant data analyst experience; operations/manufacturing background preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and analytical programming languages (Python/R).
• Experience with SAC, Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage operational, financial, and technical data from internal systems.
• Ensure data quality and readiness for analysis; collaborate with IT on SAP, SAC, Salesforce, Windchill integrations.
• Perform statistical and quantitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, investigate root causes, and propose strategic solutions.
