Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Planning & o9 Functional Lead to drive the planning workstream for a data lineage and process optimization engagement with a leading consumer electronics client. The role demands hands-on o9 expertise across demand, supply, inventory planning, and S&OP/IBP, with experience in workshop facilitation and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, planning transformation, or supply chain consulting.
• Hands-on functional experience with o9 Solutions in one or more of the following: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP.
• Strong understanding of planning hierarchies, measures, data ingestion and publication processes, workflow configuration, and planning process design.
• Experience leading workshops and guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement's o9 functional workstream and advise client stakeholders.
• Document data ingestion, planning hierarchies, measures, and distribution to downstream systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs and implementation recommendations.
• Lead data lineage, data quality, and automation assessments for planning data.
• Support integration design with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and OTM, and with other ecosystem participants.
