Job summary

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Significant experience across Software, AI, and SaaS M&A with understanding of subscription and usage-based revenue models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquired and divestiture processes end-to-end with accountability for strategy and timelines.
• Develop and present investment theses and decision-ready narratives to senior executives.
• Oversee financial and operating model development, challenging assumptions for rigor.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal teams and external advisors under tight deadlines.
• Mentor team members and promote high standards across the group.
