Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware, seeks a full-time Board-certified/eligible Nuclear Medicine Physician to join the Section of Nuclear Medicine in the Department of Radiology. The role combines onsite interpretation with remote work and involves a broad range of PET/CT, SPECT/CT, SPECT, and solid-state camera studies.

The team performs advanced PET/CT services, therapies such as Lu-177 PSMA and Dotatate, and participates in tumor boards and multidisciplinary care at the Helen F.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Eligible in nuclear medicine.
• Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology eligible or willing to obtain.
• Experience interpreting attenuation correction CT scans.
• Teaching cardiology fellows, radiology residents, medical students and nuclear medicine technology students.
• Interest in clinical nuclear medicine including therapies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a wide range of general nuclear medicine imaging studies (PET/CT, SPECT/CT, SPECT, solid-state cameras).
• Collaborate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary teams at ChristianaCare’s Helen F. Graham Cancer Center.
• Perform nuclear medicine therapies (e.g., Lu-177 PSMA, Dotatate) and other radiopharmaceutical procedures.
• Contribute to scholarly activities and clinical projects within the department.
