Nice Healthcare is hiring for a Day Shift clinician in Minnesota. The position offers hybrid work with in-home and virtual patient care from a mobile care model. You will participate in a weekend rotation and collaborate with an integrated care team to ensure high-quality, timely care.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing or PA Studies, MN licensure, CPR/BLS, and national certification. Training is provided for phlebotomy, and a valid vehicle is needed.

Qualifications

• This is a hybrid position; candidate must reside in Little Falls, MN.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Must hold a current MN license and national certification (ANCC/AANP or NCCPA).
• Ability to lift 30 lb and have insured vehicle; background check on offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual patient care based on market needs.
• Submit referrals (in-house and external) as appropriate.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team including mental health and physical therapy.
• Participate in a weekend rotation on a quarterly schedule.
