Essentia Health's Heart & Vascular team in Duluth, Minnesota invites a board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a full-time role. You will join a multidisciplinary group, work in state-of-the-art facilities, and treat a diverse patient population in ambulatory and hospital settings with acute care rotations.

The role emphasizes prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular disease, with opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and optional research.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in cardiovascular disease.
• Expertise in non-invasive imaging modalities and procedures.
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure; visa eligibility ok.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive tests including echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear cardiology, CCT and CMR.
• Collaborate on personalized treatment plans with the Heart & Vascular team.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of residents and medical students.
• Contribute to quality improvement and optional clinical research.
