Responsibilities

• Maintains and secures the credit union's network infrastructure in a Hybrid IT environment.
• Monitors network traffic to identify vulnerabilities and enforce security policies.
• Oversees software and hardware updates, backups, and recovery processes.
• Assists with WAN planning and vendor coordination for software/hardware configurations.
• Provides support for desktops, networks, and peripheral devices.
