Job summary

Albano Systems Inc in Richmond, VA is seeking an Operations Developer to help maintain and enhance our core application built on a modern Microsoft stack (C#/.NET, Azure, SQL, CosmosDB). This role targets an early-career developer with a clear path to full-stack responsibilities.

You will diagnose production issues, automate repetitive tasks, work with Azure services, and collaborate with senior engineers to ensure stability, performance, and growth as the Angular frontend is learned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET framework understanding.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries and work with CosmosDB.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in Azure App Services/Functions.
• Develop scripts and small apps to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Assist in backend development with C#/.NET, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and work with CosmosDB JSON data.
• Collaborate with senior developers and operations team to ensure stability and reliability.
• Learn the full application stack, including the Angular frontend, toward full-stack tasks.
