Responsibilities

• Maintain and support multiple web applications and backend services.
• Provide tier 2/3 technical support for application issues.
• Participate in DevOps/CI‑CD activities to improve release pipelines.
• Support disaster recovery planning and exercises.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on upgrades.
