Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Durham, NC seeks a Senior Integration Engineer to design, implement, and oversee MuleSoft-based data interfaces and API/ETL solutions. The role demands expertise in data integration, real-time and batch processing, and cross-functional collaboration to meet client requirements.

The engineer will lead solutioning from technical and functional perspectives, coordinate with Salesforce and other platforms, and support go-live, validation, and production maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in data modeling, OLAP design, and implementation of APIs and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width).
• Experience with web-services, API and ETL management.
• Experience with messaging queues, caching, complex mappings, branching, and parallel processing.
• Hands-on experience building integration patterns and deploying APIs.
• MuleSoft middleware administration; cloud config across environments.
• Salesforce integrations and Mule connectors.
• Scripting in Groovy, JavaScript, Python, Perl, Bash, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design and implement integration solutions.
• Provide hands-on development, design, and support of MuleSoft-based solutions.
• Participate in analysis, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure architecture compliance, sizing, and high-availability topics.
• Explore alternatives using IIB/ACE or Boomi as needed.
