Job summary

Intel is transforming under IDM 2.0 to build a foundry for internal and external customers. The MPL Analyst will support factories and warehouses with mark, pack and label requirements, data management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities include designing business process flows, end-to-end testing, training, analytics, and collaboration with SMEs, vendors and partners to reach project milestones in complex programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, information systems, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the supply chain, business information systems, Program Management, IT, and Logistics fields.
  • Familiar with Intel's supply chain and product nomenclature.

Responsibilities

  • Support factories and warehouses with Mark, Pack and Labeling requirements, including on-call support, data management, and quality.
  • Designs business process flows in collaboration with stakeholders; document process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specs, use cases, and user stories.
  • Participates in end-to-end business process testing and validation of complex implementations.
  • Take part in training, business process change management, and reporting and analytics.
  • Work with SMEs, vendors and partner organizations to deliver project milestones including requirements gathering, mapping, testing, documentation and training.
  • Represent and advocate on behalf of the SME using requirements definition and learnings within the project focus.
  • Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, attention to detail and willingness to dive into supply chain processes and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
