A strong portfolio and agency experience are required. The role combines creative design with production efficiency, requiring 5+ years of experience, a degree in a related field, and proficiency in After Effects,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation tools.
• Skilled at creating 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, and video assets.
• Strong storytelling, visual rhythm, and pacing.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, video, and interactive experiences.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, and creative leads to build cohesive storytelling.
• Ensure all motion assets align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
