Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with ETL pipelines
• Ability to translate coaching complexity for a non-technical audience
• Experience in hybrid agile teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Own a technology service end to end, from Coaching schema to on-call rotation
• Reproduce and fix learning-obsessed bugs from field reports
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
• Translate technology compliance rules into guardrails baked into the build
• Build the Feature Engineering effort to win back accounts
• Replace ETL Pipelines with a dbt-based solution
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions
