Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Interiors within branded environments.
• Strong concept design and retail store planning expertise.
• Expertise in retail fixtures and custom millwork design.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Photo-realistic rendering using Enscape and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients throughout the design phase.
• Assist design director in overseeing the design team.
• Develop preliminary retail programs and test-fits.
• Prepare design scope and budget documentation for fixtures.
• Coordinate requirements with clients, consultants and project team.
• Attend design presentations and select finishes.
• Design and coordinate retail fixtures, including wall systems and millwork.
• Review engineering documents and conduct site visits during construction.
• Develop custom millwork detailing and fabrication intent.
