Job summary

Cerity Partners LLC in New York City is seeking a Merger Integration Investment Analyst to work with senior leadership on merger review, integration, and post-merger strategy. You will conduct in-depth investment analyses, explain offerings, and prepare detailed reports for the merger team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of investment experience, due diligence capabilities, and strong communication. This in-office hybrid role offers exposure to leadership and a path to impact notable mergers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of investment experience, preferably at an RIA, broker-dealer, multi-family office or bank.
• Understanding of investments including asset allocation, managed portfolios, alternative investments and performance measurement.
• Manager due diligence experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA/MBA/CIMA/CAIA designations viewed favorably.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and AI toolsets required.

Responsibilities

• Review prospective merger firms and conduct deep-dive investment analyses.
• Explain Cerity Partners’ investment offering and merger glide path.
• Prepare detailed merger candidate reports for leadership review.
• Lead post-closing review meetings with recently merged firms.
• Support merged teams in identifying new strategies for Wealth Management Investment Committee.
• Develop tools to improve review and outbound communications processes.
• Present to firmwide audiences on investment-related calls.
