Job summary

Chrysalis Health, in partnership with Rising Hope Counseling, seeks a Mental Health Therapist for a hybrid Omaha, NE role. You’ll provide therapy with private-practice-style independence while receiving business infrastructure and administrative support.

You’ll be part of a growing team offering a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development including EMDR and loan forgiveness for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Nebraska behavioral health credential such as LMSW, LIMSW, LMHP, LIMHP, PLMHP, PLMHC, or other qualifying mental health license
• Ability to maintain all professional licensing and ethical requirements
• Availability to hold a minimum of 20 client sessions per week
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a supportive team
• Interest in developing and growing a clinical caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy based on your experience and clinical interests
• Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge/termination documentation
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
• Provide services in accordance with professional, ethical, and licensing requirements
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with Rising Hope’s team while maintaining meaningful professional independence
• Participate in community outreach and practice-building activities
• Help expand access to high-quality behavioral health services
