Job summary

NYPCC-New York Psychotherapy Counseling Center in Bronx is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a hybrid schedule. You will provide therapy to diverse populations across ages, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical records.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, LMSW/LCSW or equivalent, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans
• Write progress notes for all sessions conducted
• Evaluate and assess clients
• Maintain and update clinical records
• Provide case management and/or crisis intervention
• Attend clinical supervision and staff meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
