People Incorporated Outpatient Mental Health Services in Minneapolis seeks a Mental Health Professional to join Stark Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. The role includes diagnostic and evaluation work, treatment planning, referrals, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Some evenings and a hybrid in-clinic/remote schedule may apply after the introductory period. Licensed Mental Health Professionals and Unlicensed Clinicians are considered; licensure or progress toward

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in the behavioral sciences required.
• Current clinical license as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT) with no restrictions or proof of licensure within 60 days.

Mansioni

• Provide client mental health services, including individual therapy, comprehensive evaluations, discharge planning and all service-related documentation.
• Pro-actively collaborate with Case Managers, ARMHS workers, Care Coordinators, and Prescribers.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making, discretion, and problem-solving; participate in clinical meetings and consultations.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinical trainees, interns and students as per licensing board.
• Assist in development and provision of specialized training to the larger team.
