Job summary

AdMed Inc. seeks a Medical Writer to join our hybrid team in Philadelphia, PA. You will create original scientific copy for physicians, patients, and healthcare professionals, and help translate science into engaging training content.

You will work on the full content lifecycle, from research and writing to on‑camera training materials and various formats, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical writing experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical education environment.
• Knowledge of AMA style and scientific accuracy.
• Attention to scientific accuracy and stylistic detail.
• Experience in medical writing, referencing, review, and copy approval.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Write outstanding, original scientific copy for a variety of target audiences (e.g., physicians, patients, and healthcare professionals).
• Generate ideas to turn scientific facts into engaging video and training content.
• Attend client meetings, listen to needs, and help build trust for future engagements.
• Guide team members as a content expert, assisting editors and writers to realize the vision.
• Review educational content maintaining scientific accuracy and stylistic consistency.
