Responsibilities

• Performs complex meter processing and owns system-level balancing with minimal oversight across larger or more complex systems.
• Leads peer level meetings, identifies trends, and escalates systemic risks and collaborates with other analysts.
• Executes deep root-cause analyses on exceptions, loss and unaccounted for (L&U) issues, and adjustments.
• Mentors Analysts on processes, balances, and system performance.
• Partners with various support groups on measurement best practices and recurrent system errors.
• Recognizes process improvement opportunities and drives initiatives.
