Siemens Healthineers is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our site in the United States. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize manufacturing processes, support NPI and production launches, and drive continuous improvement.

A proactive problem‑solver with experience in regulated environments will apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to enhance product quality, process reliability, and operational performance while ensuring

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence
• SPC, statistical sampling, and data analysis in manufacturing
• Experience with EHS programs, quality systems, audits and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of FDA QSRs, 21 CFR Part 820 and 21 CFR Part 11
• Experience with BOMs, ECOs, DHRs, process flow diagrams and documentation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• MS Office and engineering software proficiency

Aufgaben

• Supporting NPI activities: process flows, SOPs, MPIs, ECOs, BOMs, and production launches.
• Lead sustaining engineering and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Apply SPC and data analysis to maintain process capability and repeatability.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analyses, implement CAPAs.
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, validations, and technical docs.
• Provide guidance and training to manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Promote EHS compliance and safe working practices.
