You’ll build advanced financial models, advise on strategic moves, and collaborate across groups to deliver client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking or related advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Ability to evaluate corporate transactions and structures.
• Proficiency in building and interpreting financial analyses.
• Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, current or ability to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication for presenting complex financial information.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Execute investment banking transactions across M&A advisory and capital markets, managing deal timelines, workstreams, and client deliverables from mandate to close.
• Advise clients on strategic financial transactions by developing investment recommendations and supporting capital raising activities.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to evaluate corporate transactions and market opportunities.
• Act as intermediary in client trading activities, supporting transaction execution and information flow.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing structured feedback on live transactions.
• Support client development efforts and track opportunities through industry research and trend analysis.
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance with high ethical standards.
