Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is seeking a Loss Control Consultant to manage a portfolio of Workers’ Compensation accounts, with responsibilities in evaluating risks and improving workplace safety. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in loss control and a relevant degree.

This hybrid role allows for 2 days remote work, with predictable hours and generous benefits starting from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers’ Compensation loss control or safety experience with an insurance carrier.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and injury trends.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel for onsite surveys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite, virtual, and telephonic risk evaluations for Workers’ Compensation accounts.
• Identify workplace hazards, unsafe practices, and operational risks.
• Build partnerships with clients and internal teams for loss prevention.
