Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter.
• 2+ years' experience working directly with borrowers to gather documentation.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of lending processes and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage all SLA deadlines for loan processing files.
• Ensure compliance and adhere to established workflows.
• Manage various loan programs including Conventional and VA.
• Communicate clearly with customers to collect necessary documentation.
• Submit complete and accurate files to underwriting.
