Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our outpatient clinical team. Therapists will provide therapy to clients of all ages in a hybrid model, combining telemedicine and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed and credentialed in one or more US states.
• Masters or Doctoral degree with state licensure in counseling/therapy.
• Experience treating adults and/or children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual or group therapy sessions (in-person or via telehealth).
• Document sessions and coordinate referrals as needed.
