Qualifications

• 2–7 years of strong litigation experience required.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and preparing motions and pre-trial documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10–20 matters.
• Investigate claims and develop case handling strategies.
• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings; prepare pre-trial and trial documents.
• Argue motions and conduct hearings.
• Prepare cases for mediation or trial and participate in proceedings.
• Report to clients clearly and promptly.
