Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7+ years of litigation experience are required.
• Strong experience with motion practice and depositions is essential.
• Trial experience or exposure is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategies in complex litigation matters.
• Handle all aspects of discovery including document‑intensive cases.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
