Job summary

Thriveworks Providence, RI is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our clients across the country, with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training to help you start. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with seven days a week availability from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Rhode Island — LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
