Job summary

Daisy + Co. Therapy, an inclusive outpatient mental health practice in Pennsylvania, is seeking fully licensed clinicians for a part-time role with telehealth and in-person sessions in Center City, Philadelphia.

Compensation is session-based, with intake sessions paid at a higher rate, and potential for a longer-term W-2 position as caseload grows. We offer strong administrative support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with the practice in a collaborative, stigma-free environment.

Qualifications

• Active, independent Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) required.
• 3+ years of therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 10+ clients, with interest in growing caseload over time preferred.
• Highly reliable and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through, timely communication, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Committed to providing inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive care to clients of diverse identities and backgrounds.
• Comfortable working independently while also being an engaged member of a collaborative team.
• Comfortable working within a structured, insurance-based practice.
• Skilled in evidence-based/empirically supported treatments.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Some evening and/or weekend availability is a plus.
