LifeStance Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to join our clinical team in the greater Portland, OR area. We offer a hybrid work model with telemedicine and in-person care, and a supportive, modern office environment.

We provide flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits, and a compensation model based on productivity, with top salaries exceeding $123,000 to $141,000 per year plus annual bonuses. Must hold Oregon licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or be eligible.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred; may consider associate licensed clinicians.
• Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients.
• Provide therapy through in-person and telemedicine formats as part of a hybrid model.
• Support clients’ clinical progress and participate in a collaborative team environment.
