Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed clinician in Florida to deliver high-quality therapy to clients through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Orlando. You will join a clinician-led network with strong support and a focus on measurable client progress.

The role requires independent licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW or psychologist), availability for 25 sessions weekly and 30 hours of client-facing time, and comfort with telehealth, EHRs, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed clinician residing in Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist).
• Available to provide a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with ~30 hours of availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children.
• Committed to measurable progress for clients.
• Confident using modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Manage a full caseload with timely documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in supervision when required.

Skills

Independent licensure in Florida (LMHC
