Job summary

IMA Group is seeking a Licensed Psychologist in Houston to conduct disability evaluations on an independent contractor basis. The role is hybrid, with a focus on assessment-only work—no therapy or ongoing patient management.

Required are a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology and an active Texas license, plus experience with psychological assessments and testing for patients aged 4 and up. Reports are completed electronically using IMA’s system.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology.
• Active Texas Psychologist license.
• Experience administering and interpreting psychological assessments.
• Ability to evaluate patients ages 4 and up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological disability evaluations, including MSEs and psychological testing.
• Assess cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities relevant to disability determinations.
• Complete electronic reports using IMA’s documentation system.

Education

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology

Active Texas Psychologist license

Experience administering and interpret­ing psychological assessments
