Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training to join our Beloit outpatient mental health team. The role emphasizes individual therapy with supervision and opportunities to work with DOC-involved populations in a supportive, non-profit setting.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule (onsite in Beloit and telehealth) with strong clinical supervision, loan forgiveness options, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field is required.
• Practicum experience related to mental health, substance use, or community-based services is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations
• Develop collaborative treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building interventions
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment team and recovery team meetings
• Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
• Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices

Education
