Garden State Counseling Center, a behavioral health practice in Paramus, NJ, seeks a Licensed Clinician for a full-time Hybrid position. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy across a range of concerns in a collaborative setting.

The opportunity offers a salary of $65,000–$80,000, based on experience, with PTO and benefits. Atlantic Health Strategies posts on behalf of Garden State Counseling Center.

Formación

• Active licensure as LCADC, LAC, LSW, or CADC in good standing.
• Experience with psychotherapy modalities including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, addiction counseling, or grief counseling.
• Crisis intervention and crisis management experience.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and cultural competence.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations with ICD-10 coding.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and coordinate case management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
