Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years designing and developing instructional content.
• Knowledge of and experience with eLearning and media development tools.
• Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design principles to learning solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to define and deliver clear learning solutions.
• Translate learning needs into practical, structured content and experiences.
• Coordinate projects from definition through delivery, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Guide the design and development of high-quality instructional content with vendors and partners.
• Communicate risks early and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout projects.
