Job summary

ALL HOURS MECHANICAL, LLC in Groveport, OH is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee installation, replacement, and startup of mechanical systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The role is full-time and hybrid, with on-site field work plus remote planning and documentation.

You will review project plans, coordinate materials, lead installation crews, ensure safety and quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical installation experience including HVAC systems, boilers, and related equipment with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical codes, safety regulations, and best practices including safe use of tools and PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
• Leadership skills to guide installation crews and manage on-site work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and documenting work clearly.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with on-site field work and remote reporting/planning.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Technical training or certification in HVAC or mechanical systems; prior lead/senior installer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs installation, replacement, and startup of mechanical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Review project plans and coordinate materials and equipment.
• Lead installation crews and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Complete accurate service and installation records.
• Support emergency or urgent service needs as required.
• Mentor less-experienced technicians and help optimize installation processes.
