Strayer University Inc. is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate and graduate LEG courses in a hybrid format. The position requires in-person sessions weekly and asynchronous online instruction, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and flexible delivery to diverse learners.

The role demands 5 years of Law/Legal Studies experience, a JD or LLM, and travel to campuses as needed. Compensation is per course with online and on-campus assignments, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in Law/Legal Studies required.
• Some professional experience in Business Law required.
• Proven ability to teach/enforce course objectives.

Responsabilités

• Teach courses from a pre-designed curriculum using professional expertise.
• Enhance curriculum with technology and videos.
• Attend on-campus sessions and be present before start time each week.
• Utilize the online learning platform to support online components.
• Be available to students via email, phone, text, and office hours for timely feedback.
• Set clear evaluation standards and communicate them to students.
• Follow University policies and procedures.
• Attend faculty meetings and training as required.
