Job summary

The Todd Group is seeking an experienced estimator to join our team in a hybrid role focused on both estimating and procurement for luxury residential landscape projects. You will collaborate with design, operations, and procurement teams to deliver accurate budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7+ years in landscape construction estimating, strong digital takeoff skills, and experience with Sage Estimating and related software.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of estimating experience in landscape construction or related trades.
• Experience estimating residential or commercial construction projects.
• High-end residential landscape construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with digital estimating workflows (takeoffs and pricing).
• Proficiency with Sage Estimating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project estimates using landscape, civil, and architectural plans.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and verify project information.
• Develop pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement planning and material buyouts.
• Support value engineering and change order pricing.
