Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in land use, zoning, or planning within Miami-Dade County.
• Experience in a law firm, private sector development, or local government setting.
• Strong understanding of Miami-Dade land development processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with land use and zoning applications.
• Coordinate submissions with municipal and county agencies.
• Conduct research related to zoning codes and regulations.
• Draft correspondence and reports for real estate matters.
• Monitor project timelines and public hearings.
