Pentland Brands is seeking a Junior Designer for Speedo to help deliver consumer-led global designs aligned with brand DNA and seasonal direction. You will participate in research, ideation, prototyping, and production, contributing from concept through final product execution.

The role emphasizes translating insights into design concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building hands-on experience in 3D rendering and production processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial design, product design, hard goods or related field.
• Degree in Industrial Design or related discipline preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to translate insights into compelling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support development of innovative hard-goods from concept through production.
• Translate consumer insights and brand direction into product concepts.
• Develop concepts through sketching, mood boards, color/material stories, and 3D visualization.
• Refine concepts based on feedback from designers and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product Development and external vendors to communicate design intent.
