Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11/17.
• Experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• RESTful API development and Git experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Develop and optimize queries for SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Debug and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Implement security and data protection measures in line with best practices.
• Interact with customers remotely and in person as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to resolve support tickets.
• Document customer interactions and workflow in a timely manner.
• Comply with and support an Agile environment.
• Write software programs to maintain and control computer systems and databases.
• Modify existing software to correct errors or upgrade interfaces.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interfaces between hardware and software.
• Develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.
• Advise customers about or perform maintenance of software systems.
