Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in systems administration or similar IT role.
• Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, GPO, or similar).
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows servers, virtualized environments, and storage systems.
• Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, MFA and security groups.
• Provide tier 2/3 network and security support with logs and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot server, M365, authentication, endpoints, and LOB apps.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation.
