Power Wellness is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to design, support, maintain, and evaluate computer networking systems and core business systems. The role provides Level 1/2 technical support to staff, trains users and resolves hardware/software issues in a Windows and Mac environment.

Hybrid work in Lombard, IL with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Requires Associate degree or 2+ years IT experience, and CompTIA A+ or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years IT experience.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 and 2 support via phone and remote access.
• Manage support tickets and incidents in the ticketing system.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide excellent customer service and document issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors and consultants during incidents.
