Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT system administration and/or security engineering across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0 and practical application.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and Jira/Atlassian.
• GCP IAM and Security Command Center experience.
• Knowledge of Cloudflare WAF/Zero Trust and RBAC controls.
• Experience managing a vulnerability disclosure program (HackerOne or similar).
• MDM and asset management experience across a mixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software across supported OSes.
• Drive security operations in line with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0.
• Administer vulnerability management, HackerOne program, and security awareness activities.
• Manage cloud and network security: IAM, WAF rules, and Kubernetes security.
• Administer Okta for SSO/MFA and enforce least privilege.
• Oversee IT asset management from procurement to decommissioning.
• Own SaaS procurement, license audits, and renewals.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding in partnership with HR and ensure data retention.
