Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking an IT Audit professional to oversee infrastructure audits, evaluate internal controls, and report findings to senior management. The role supports the Board and enhances risk governance through independent assurance and advisory services.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years IT audit experience, professional designations (CISA/CIA/CISSP), and experience with AWS. The position offers a hybrid work model with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years IT Audit experience and related degree or equivalent
• Professional IT or Audit designations (CISA, CIA, CISSP)
• Experience with AWS Cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Conducts IT Infrastructure audit engagements to assess control processes
• Approve audit scope, extent and timing and formulate insightful audit reports
• Provide independent assurance on risk management and governance systems
• Develop annual audit plan and advise on corporate audit processes
• Identify emerging technology risks and use data analytics to improve quality
