Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an Analyst III on the Investment Planning team to support capital planning across a diverse investment portfolio. You will assist with business case development, investment analysis, and financial insights for senior leaders.

You will develop skills in financial modeling, capital allocation, and decision support while working with teams across brands and functions to ensure investments are sound and value-driven.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment planning, corporate finance, FP&A or related strategic finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models and business cases for investments (stores, remodels, properties, non-store initiatives).
• Coordinate with Finance, Real Estate, Technology and business teams to gather info and validate assumptions.
• Assist IT capital proposals, non-store assets and lease renewals for governance alignment.
• Support post-investment reviews and prepare materials for leaders and stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements in capital approval, tracking and reporting processes.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the business and values.
